Canon PIXMA TR7620 Manual, User and Getting Started Guide

The Canon PIXMA TR7620 wireless home office all-in-one printer offers the same print quality and speed as its predecessor, but it has more basic features. The printer lacks Ethernet connectivity to print from the SD card. the printer is a four-function, all-in-one printer that can print, scan, copy and fax. This matte black printer has a nice (if basic) design with fillets. It measures 7.5 x 17.3 x 13.8 inches (HWD) and is compact and weighs 17.3 pounds. The front panel, which can be tilted upward for easy operation, includes a 3-inch color touchscreen LCD and several control buttons. With a paper capacity of 200 sheets, it is divided into 100 main trays and 100 pages of rear feeders (up to 20 photo sheets), which is a good capacity for a mid-priced all-in-one printer. It has an automatic double-sided printer for double-sided printing. At the top is a letter-sized flat-panel scanner, plus a 20-page automatic document feeder (ADF) that lets you copy, scan, or fax a stack of documents unattended, a feature not available on TS series models. ADF and fax functions, as well as the lack of a memory card reader, make the printer primarily for home office rather than home use, although it may occupy the latter role. When printing the Plain Text (Word) section of our business application suite, the Canon PIXMA TR7620 averages 13.4 pages per minute (ppm), and in printing our complete business suite, in addition to the word above, includes PDF, PowerPoint, and Excel file files with an average of 4.7 ppm. The printer uses six ink cartridges that include dye and pigment-type black ink in addition to the usual cyan, magenta, and yellow, as well as photo blue (which makes it outstanding in both photo and text printing). For graphics, colors are usually well saturated, although some backgrounds appear to fade somewhat. The printer handles fine, colored lines well and distinguishes similar tones. Several backgrounds show ribbon marks and stripes are patterned. Graphics quality should be appropriate for printing formal reports or PowerPoint handouts. You can connect the Canon PIXMA TR7620 directly to your computer via USB, or via Wi-Fi, or use the Canon Print app to print or scan from your mobile device to your mobile device, including via direct Bluetooth connectivity. It also supports Pixma Cloud Link, which allows you to access files directly from a variety of photo sharing, social networking, and storage sites.
