The Epson EcoTank ET-3710 is a medium-capacity all-in-one (AIO) inkjet printer designed for homes and small offices with medium printing needs. It prints well and provides consumer printers with some of the lowest operating costs. It’s somewhere between two “edit picks” models that offer higher value. The printer has a 2.4-inch graphical display, but it’s not a touch screen. the printer’s lightweight 150-page feed tray is its only source of media. It prints 5,000 pages per month and the recommended 800 pages per month. However, the printer cannot be printed or scanned from the USB thumb drive to the USB thumb drive. In addition, like almost every other Epson consumer inkjet printer released in the past few years, the printer supports voice-controlled printing through Amazon Alexa and Google Home smart appliances. You can also use any other voice technology that deploys IFTT scripts, such as Windows Cortana and Apple’s Siri, although this requires some network research and some tricks. Standard interfaces on the Epson EcoTank ET-3710 include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g /n, 100Mbps Ethernet (connected to a single PC via USB 2.0), and Wi-Fi Direct ( a protocol for connecting printers to your equivalent) mobile devices that do not have mobile devices or that are not part of the network. Other mobile features include Google Cloud Print, Fire OS Support, Apple AirPrint, and Mopria Print Service. You’ll also get mobile utilities included in the Epson Connect app and service set, including Epson Scan to Cloud for Android and iOS, Epson Remote Print, Epson Email Print, and Epson iPrint App. Epson says iPrint allows you to print, scan and share photos, email, web pages, Microsoft Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint files, and PDF documents directly from your smartphone or tablet to Epson EcoTank ET-3710. iPrint also supports Box, Dropbox, Evernote, Google Drive, and Microsoft OneDrive cloud sites.
