The Epson Expression Premium ET-7700 EcoTank All-in-One Super Tank Printer is a smaller and less powerful Epson recently released two photo-centric all-in-one printers. The printer offers limited functionality for the all-in-one printer in terms of price (e.g., the lack of ADF (automatic document feeder) for scanning and copying multi-page documents), but it is extremely low-cost to run, allowing you to print 8.5×11 color photos for almost one cent per sheet of paper. However, although it has five ink bottles and adds a black photo, its overall photo print quality is only moderate. Although inkjet printers with extra cartridges have been around for more than a decade, in addition to the standard black, cyan, yellow, and lich inks commonly used in color printing, it is only in the past few years that photo-centric consumer all-in-one printers have become commonplace. The Epson Expression Premium ET-7700 is a matte and shiny black blend that measures 6.6 x 20 x 16.3 inches (HWD) when closed and 11 x 15.4 x 20.4 inches and weighs 18.1 pounds when expanding the tray. The upward tilt control panel above the output tray is equipped with a 2.7-inch non-touch color LCD, flanked by a four-way controller with a central OK button and a button with a home page, start and exit icons. The main tray can hold up to 100 plain letter-sized sheets of paper, with a miniature tray above it that can hold up to 20 photo sheets. A rear feeder can hold up to 10 sheets of paper. This multifunction printer can be printed, copied, and scanned, but not faxed. It has a paper-sized tablet but lacks an automatic document feeder (ADF) that can be used to automatically scan or copy multi-page documents. The memory card reader can receive cards from the SD series and also has a port for a USB thumb drive. The connection to your computer is via USB, via Ethernet, or 802.11b / g / n Wi-Fi to a wired network, or through Wi-Fi Direct, a direct equivalent to a compatible device. The Epson Expression Premium ET-7700 is compatible with Apple AirPrint, is Modela certified to easily print to Android devices, and supports Google Cloud Print. It also supports Epson Connect software solution suites, including email printing, Epson iPrint, Epson Creative Print, Epson Remote Printing, and Epson Scan to Cloud.
