Epson WorkForce Pro WF-7820 Manual, User’s Guide, and Installation

Epson WorkForce Pro WF-7820 is a large, versatile peripheral with A3 functionality, there’s a moment when you start to think you’ve shrunk. It’s like an enlarged version of a regular inkjet all-in-one, an A3-enabled scanner, an A3-plus printer, and a large color touch screen with thick buttons. This large-form all-in-one printer is an ultra-tabloid all-in-one (AIO) that prints up to 13 x 19 inches without boundaries. It also scans, copies and faxes to tabloid sizes (11 x 17 inches). If you need to print ultra-small pages (Brother models can only handle small paper sizes), it’s worth considering the printer, but otherwise, Epson is a great printer and faces a lot of competition. The printer measures 13.4 x 22.3 x 32.2 inches (HWD) and weighs 40.8 pounds and can hold 251 sheets of paper via a 250-sheet tray on the front and a hand tray on the back. The printer has a monthly work cycle of 20,000 pages. In addition, the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-7820 has a one-way automatic two-sided printing 35-page automatic document feeder (ADF) for sending two-sided, multi-page documents to the scanner. It has a more attractive control panel. Of course, the larger screen makes the stamping options on the screen easier, and the entire control panel itself has a better high-tech look. The printer offers almost all available connectivity options, including Ethernet 10/100bps, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, USB connectivity to a single PC, and near-field communications or NFC. Wi-Fi Direct and NFC are point-to-point network protocols that connect printers to your mobile devices without using them or as part of your local network. Epson’s company Connect bundle includes mobile apps such as email printing, Epson remote printing, Epson iPrint, and Epson cloud printing, and built-in support for third-party mobile solutions such as Apple AirPrint and Google Cloud Printing. In addition, you can connect Epson WorkForce Pro WF-7820 to several other cloud sites through iPrint and workflow profiles on the dashboard. If all of these options are not enough, you can also print and scan from the USB thumb drive, which is located on the right side of the chassis, next to the paper tray.
