As a WorkForce model, Epson sells the Epson WorkForce WF-7210 as a business printer, not a photo printer. Even so, it prints photos well and has good detail and color accuracy. However, printer photo output is acceptable for everyday business use. In fact, with the exception of a few minor defects everywhere. If you are looking for a business-oriented standalone super tabloid inkjet printer, then this printer is an excellent choice. It comes with two paper trays, which can be a huge advantage in a business environment, especially if you plan to print multiple page sizes. Although the running cost of the printer is an issue (and the more the cost of printing, the higher their cost), the Epson WorkForce WF-7210 is fast and prints well. Its performance and rich functions make it the first choice for single-function super tabloid printers, which can output small and medium batches in the home or small office. The printer’s connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Ethernet, USB connectivity to a single PC, Wi-Fi Direct, and Near Field Communication (NFC). The last two are re-network protocols that allow you to connect mobile devices to printers without having to connect them or your printer to an intermediate network or router. In addition, NFC allows you to print by simply touching your smartphone or tablet to a hot spot on the printer, in this case on the left side of the control panel. Unfortunately, the Epson WorkForce WF-7210 cannot be printed from the USB thumb drive. The control panel includes a 2.2-inch monochrome LCD and several navigation buttons for scrolling through the menu and drilling down.
